    Write your WRA by hand each morning. Writing engages your mind at the start of the day. It brings you back to yesterday your actions, your decisions and sharpens your trajectory for today.

  • VISUALIZE

    Visualize what you wrote. Your WRA becomes your Rhythmic Vivid Visualization (RVV). See it clearly. Add detail, emotion, and belief until it becomes familiar until it begins to feel like your reality.

  • CARRY

    Carry your RVV into the day. Return to it consistently as your attention is pulled away. Let it remain present and guide how you act.
